The Islanders are back from a tough weekend on the road. Tonight they host the winless Buffalo Sabres, who are coming off a 2-1 loss to the Minnesota wild last night at First Niagara Center.
Isles Head Coach Jack Capuano is mixing up the lines a bit tonight by splitting up the team’s top line. Matt Moulson will move down to the third line to play alongside Peter Regin and Cal Clutterbuck. Michael Grabner will move to the top line to play with John Tavares and Kyle Okposo.
Evgeni Nabokov will start tonight for the Islanders. He will likely be facing Ryan Miller.
