Matt Moulson Scores in Sabres Debut

Not even a day into his stint as a Buffalo Sabre, Matt Moulson has already  recorded two goals for his new club.

Moulson’s first tally in a Sabres’ uniform came 3:26 into the first period. Moulson’s goal came from inside the slot off a pass from Tyler Ennis. The goal tied the game at one early in the period. He scored again late in the second period to cut the Dallas Stars lead to 4-3.

The 29-year-old- forward was traded by the Islanders Sunday night, along with two draft picks, to Buffalo in exchange for Thomas Vanek. Vanek will make his Islander debut tomorrow night against the Rangers.
